COMPREHENSIVE MUTCD TRAINING As of September 01, 2008 the Comprehensive MUTCD course will replace COURSE 4 - Traffic Control in the Roads Scholar Program. For those who have already completed COURSE 4 - Traffic Control before September 01, 2008 you will be given credit for the class in the Roads Scholar Program.
