This two-day Roads Scholar course covers the tests used to test soils for their engineering properties. Sieve analysis, Atterburg limits, Proctors and nuclear density tests are discussed and demonstrated. Emphasis is placed on explaining how these can be used to improve the characteristics of soils.

This Right-of-Way Acquisition training course is a guide to the right-of-way acquisition procedures which must be observed by Local Public Agency representatives in the acquisition of road right of way. Information and procedures discussed in this class pertain to all Oklahoma road projects that involve the participation of federal funding, regardless whether federal monies are used in the actual project right of way costs.
