Goals of the Program:

            To provide greater transportation services for the people of Oklahoma living in non-urbanized areas so that they may have access to services such as health care, shopping, education, recreation, public services and employment by encouraging the maintenance, development, improvement and use of passenger transportation systems.

Objectives of the Program:

1. Provide transportation services to the public in the rural and small urban areas of Oklahoma.
2. Provide fair distribution of public transportation funds to all areas of the State to the best of our ability.
3. Coordinate the activities of existing and proposed public and private providers of public transportation services.
