Dear County Assessor;

Happy Thanksgiving!  We know all things in life are not always fun such as the Fall Conference and the celebration of Woodstock. Here is our way of bringing you back to earth.

Here goes! In order to continue to provide the service you have come to know, we need to ensure our database is accurate and complete.  Doug and I are asking for a few moments of your time.

Using the enclosed form to make this as painless as possible, please complete the form to include ALL employees in your office, both full time and part time employees.  This information is necessary to comply with our statutory reporting requirements.  We feel this is an opportunity for CLGT to update the Assessor’s Database with the most current information you will provide. In the past few years there has been much turnover in Assessor offices around the state and we know our database is not current.  So please help us out.
