This course continues where the basic Unit 4 ends. Building capitalization rates

is on analyzing income and expense information and statements, caps rates, and even
a little discounted cash flow.

the Assessor's Office and provide CAMA training in the LandMark CAMA system to track

be provided by Landmark GSI, to allow for more time training on the material.

The goal of the National Safety Council's Defensive Driving Course is to provide drivers
with knowledge and safe driving techniques to prevent collisions and violations. This
course focuses on collision prevention through hazard recognition and the application
of collision-avoidance techniques. In addition, the course addresses common driving
violations that result in collisions, and ways to change driving habits to eliminate
moving violations.
This 4 hour class is designed to teach the basics of how to complete a manufactured
home OTC 936 "Receipt of Taxes Paid" Form. Instruction will cover how to manually
complete a 936 and how to complete a 936 in the Landmark CAMA system. Outlines covering
potential scenarios will be introduced for better understanding of the 936 process.
